MY ORDER

I just placed an order. Can I cancel it?

We’re here to help! Email us at hello@nordicshampoo.com, and we’ll take care of everything. Please include all details of your order (confirmation code and full name) in the email. Cancellation can only be made if your order hasn’t been sent yet.

What can I do if received a faulty/damaged or incorrect product?

Everything has a solution! If that’s the case, please accept our apologies. Please send us an email at hello@nordicshampoo.com and we’ll be happy to help. Please ensure that you include the details of your order (confirmation code and full name) and a picture of what you received, including all packaging. We’ll take care of the issue right away.

Can I return my order?

Of course, you can return your order within 60 calendar days.

Email us at hello@nordicshampoo.com with your order details and a picture of what you wish to return, and our we will be glad to help you. Please note that we only accept returns if the product hasn’t been used nor opened, and still with its original packaging and label. Once we receive the returned product, we will refund you accordingly. The refund will be issued on the same payment method used for the purchase. Please note that we will not be able to cover the shipping fee of the return.

DELIVERY

Where do you ship to?

We ship to all European Union countries except: CROATIA, SLOVAKIA, CEUTA AND MELILLA, CANARY ISLANDS, CYPRUS, MALTA AND NORWAY.

We also ship to Monaco and United Kingdom.

What kind of delivery options do you offer?

You will receive your order comfortably at your home, or at any address you wish to receive it.

How much does it cost and how long does it take to ship?

For limited period of time, delivery is always free for ll available destinations.

We like you to enjoy your products as soon as possible, hence we offer to deliver your parcel within 24/48h, from Monday to Friday. If the order was placed before 12pm CET, your order will be prepared and shipped on the same day. If the order was placed later than 12pm CET, or over the weekend, your order will be prepared and shipped on the following working day. When you order is shipped, you will receive an email or an SMS from the delivery company with a tracking link, via which you will be able to track your order at all times, and make any amendments to your delivery, should you wish to.

What happens if I am not at home when delivery is attempted?

Don’t worry! The courier will leave a delivery note in your mailbox, as long as they can access it, to inform you they have attempted to deliver your order. If this is not possible, you’ll be notified via SMS, email or telephone. Also, when you order is shipped, you will receive an email from the delivery company with a tracking link, via which you will be able to track your order at all times, and make any amendments to your delivery, should you wish to.

PAYMENT

What types of payment methods are available?

You can pay by Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, American Express or PayPal. Once you have selected the card payment you prefer, enter all your card details in the secure payment section Sumup.

If you choose to pay with PayPal, select this payment method and click on “FINISH ORDER”. You will then be redirected to the PayPal page to proceed with the payment.

Can I pay cash on delivery or via bank transfer?

We are sorry, but unfortunately paying cash on delivery or via bank transfer is not possible at the moment.
